Geoff is an accomplished senior finance executive with nearly 20 years of experience in both private equity and investment management firms. Before joining VantagePoint, he was CFO for San Francisco-based OffRoad Capital, an on-line private securities trading firm. Previously, Mr. Fletcher served as CFO at Bowman Capital, a leading hedge fund and private equity firm, where he structured and launched a technology venture capital fund to complement the firm's existing public equity and 'crossover' funds. Prior to Bowman, Mr. Fletcher served as CFO at Barclays Global Investors where he was responsible for the Firm's financial policies, processes, and systems. Earlier in his career, he served for nearly ten years at Bankers Trust Company holding various positions including Managing Director and Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Fletcher began his finance career with the Royal Bank of Canada, which subsequently led him to Coopers & Lybrand and Chase Investment Bank. He is a graduate, with honors, from Bristol University (BS in Political Science and Economics) and from INSEAD Business School in France (MBA).
