With more than 300 completed transactions during his 21-year legal career, Neil provides an experienced perspective as an advisor to the Firm’s investments as well as its portfolio companies.    Neil was one of VantagePoint's key outside attorneys when he was a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, which he joined in 1984 and also represented a number of VantagePoint portfolio companies. Neil is a graduate of Oxford University (MBA) and UCLA School of Law (JD).
