Pat has more than 27 years of strategic human resources experience and has held executive position for both multi-billion dollar organizations as well as start-ups companies.  Pat joined VantagePoint in 2007 and is responsible for managing human capital resources for VantagePoint.  For the majority of her career, Pat was an executive at Intel Corporation, where she held a variety of senior management roles. Most notably she was responsible for worldwide human resources for Intel’s Microcomputer Components and Technology group. In this role she oversaw 15,000 employees at ten global locations. Subsequently, she held positions as Senior Vice President of Administration and Human Resources for both NetManage and Maxtor Corporation. Pat attended San Francisco State University, and is a member of the board of directors for the San Jose Tech Museum.
