Annette joined VantagePoint in 2004 and leads the Healthcare Practice Group.  She has 22 years of venture capital experience, 19 as a General Partner, and significant expertise in all areas of healthcare investing, including medical devices, biotechnology and healthcare information technology and services. She began her career in venture capital in 1985 as an Associate with Burr, Egan, Deleage & Company and became a General Partner of that firm in 1988. In 1992, Annette joined Weiss, Peck & Greer Venture Partners as a General Partner of the Healthcare Practice. In 1999, she became a Managing Director at Pacific Venture Group, a dedicated healthcare fund. Annette is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania (BSE and MSE in Biomedical Engineering) and The Wharton School (MBA).
