Cynthia has 25 years of hands-on experience as a senior operating executive and venture capitalist. She joined VantagePoint in 2002 and currently focuses on consumer and digital media technologies. Prior to joining VantagePoint, Cynthia was CEO and subsequently Chairman of CopperCom where she built a five-person company into an industry leader in two new communications markets: voice-over-broadband and local exchange soft switch. Cynthia was also SVP of Corporate Development and Business Units for Madge Networks, a $400 million international data networking company, and a founding executive of Red Brick Systems, a pioneer in data warehousing. Cynthia began her career in high-tech as an intellectual property lawyer at Management Science America. She is a graduate of Georgia State University (BS) and Emory University Law School (JD).
